No error is displayed when reading. The battery should have 13 volts. But in the company it says start the engine immediately otherwise the command will switch off in 3 minutes. Can the battery be broken even though 13v is displayed?

If memory serves, Comand will shut off after 30 minutes (if the car is not running) no matter the battery status.
Also, the message in the Comand display is not related to the generic error message in the instrument cluster.
