Facelift headlight conversion?

I’ve been seeing a few sites starting to sell plug and play conversions for pre facelift GT models. Has anyone giving it a try vs the past of buying parts from the dealer, paying a guy to wire them up + program them.

I have found a few (overseas) suppliers offering supposedly high quality, plug and play facelift lights. I may give them a shot soon.

I found 1 guy that sells the harness adapter and the modules for the back of the OEM headlights for $900. Let me know what you find on your end.

Plug‑and‑play kits are way easier — way less wiring, much faster install, and often no dealer programming needed.

Cheaper overall because you avoid big labor charges.

OEM parts + dealer route still more “stock” but takes longer, costs more, and you’re tied to shop availability.

correct but what I am talking about is plug and play. You just need to buy OEM headlights and then buy a module (pre-programmed) + harness from overseas. Plug into the headlight and boom, plug and play plus half the cost of going to a shop and having them figure out wiring and programming.

Exactly—these new plug-and-play setups are a game changer. You just buy OEM headlights and a pre-programmed harness/module from overseas, plug it in, and it works. No wiring headaches, no dealer programming, and it costs about half of what a shop would charge to do the full install. Basically, you get OEM quality lights with minimal effort and a huge time and money savings.

Would you happen to know where one can look for such a Pre-programmed harness/module? Curious to see how everything works and to price it out for the future, debating on this. Tried to do a general search on Google but no luck, just the actual headlights are being sold
Thanks
