Joined back in November last year and had plans for the car. Had a lot of them done already, all apart from the interior retrim which is going on the back burner for now. Now most of the exterior is done though, thought I would share a few pics in the Dubai sunshine with the paintwork done and cleaned.

Subtle adjustments exterior changes mostly, all chrome has been painted black, rear american bumper riders removed, rear lights smoked with a tint, badges all gone to black, front numberplate is now a small swiss size/UAE sports plate using an A class OEM holder, and all the panels where I wasnt happy with the paintwork have been re-done in OEM selenite grey. only thing left to do on the outside now is removing the american spec orange reflectors in the headlights and then exterior will be finished altogether.

Looks great. What do you want to do to the interior? Have a pic of the seats?

This is a dealer pic of the interior when it was advertised, but a few issues. one is subjective, I am not a big fan of the red/black combination and have had red interiors on several cars now and would like a change. The other (which is more difficult to tell from the pic) is the car originally had a beige interior and was swapped out for red/black during repair from flood damage. that wouldnt be an issue, but the repair cut corners, wasnt done well at all and has used cheap leather.

Plan is to go full black nappa leather with perforations on the seat backs and bases, double diamond/cross stitch on seat backs and door cards. for the stitch colour I am considering petronas green, but that would mean doing the seat belts and calipers as well (which i may just go ahead and do!)

Looks like the rear cover flaps from the soft-top mechanism are missing. I had seen a couple of cars where this wasn't installed from the factory. But they also are fragile and the mechanism can break. Just FYI.
Here is a pic with the flap.
