Chips on hood? Best way to prevent/touch up?

Chips on hood? Best way to prevent/touch up?
What is the best way to prevent these? My car is black, so the chips are noticeable. The dealer said they would have to refinish the whole hood....is there a better alternative to touching these up?

hey mjr24..IMO, i'll have it refinished and then put these on..especially the lens on your headlights since those cost a fortune to replace..

I found theese guys too on the internet. I have plans to become a dealer here in Sweden but I can't really tell which is better than the other...
They both uses the same 3M film so the only difference could be how the design is made to make it look nice and fit well.
The invinca-shield seem to hav solutions för many more different vehicles or airplanes etc.
Anyone with experience??
