How would I clean the plastic parts?

How would I clean the plastic parts?
There are a lot of marks and stains on the plastic parts near the footwells, seats, and doors and they seem to be very stubborn. I have a Java colored interior and I would like to know the best way to get rid of them.

if you are sure they are plastic, then just a simple plsatic polish with a clean applicator of your choice ( foam, cotton, microfiber ). i liked Mothers Plastic polish. works well on my dads 745li

Simple green works awesome with those plastic parts..... SImple green and a cloth....
