How do you best remove paint from colored/painted plastic rocker panels?
I just ran over some paint on the freeway and it splashed up onto the colored plastic rocker panels of my car. Now I'm wondering how/with which cleaning products to best remove it. Any hints or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I hit a spray can of orange surveyor paint on the freeway couple of years back and found that tar remover worked good. Stripped all the wax, but took the paint off. Just make sure you use a soft cloth, preferrably an old microfiber wax rag. I had to scrub the tire with Comet and a stiff brusk.
Good Luck.

Medium to Heavy duty- clay is used to remove paint over-spray; it contains a slightly stronger abrasive that abrades the paint, while the clay encapsulates it (Clay Magic 'Red')
