Trying to figure out which pads I should buy...there is the Sonus SFX Foam Polishing Pads or the Sonus Dual Action System Foam Pads....both systems seem to be doing the same thing ...heavy light and polishing pads.....which is better???

 

the Dual Action pads are specifically made for machines like the Porter Cable and they come in 6.5" sizes.

the sfx pads are made for Rotary Polishers. So they'll come in larger sizes such as 7.5' to 8.0

I have 'em both and like them over Lake country. I find the sonus last longer.

so be sure as to what machine you use (i use both)

yellow - very aggressive cutting pad
orange - aggressive cutting pad
white - medium cut
black - polishing pad
