The car I ended up taking was different from the one I originally speced out. Originally it was brilliant silver/charcoal and blue leather, with everything but the telephone. Another car came early that was black/charcoal and merlot, with the options you see in my signature. We added a spare tire from tirerack.com. I don't think the E-class comes with a spare, but I'm not sure. They added a spare for the 2003 C32, but the 2002 did not have one.

Come over sometime and I'll show you what to do.

thats cool thanks, yeah the e-class doesnt have one...they sid only 3 percent of buyers use them, also, after about 3-4 years, it dries out, no use after that..where did you buy it from ,fletcher right?

Ya. Original order was at MB of Escondido. Spare costs $500 (AMG dual spoke rim + Michelin Pilot sport). In retrospect, Pirellis are better. It adds 45 .lbs

oo ****, thats hella tyte, where is that held at? It looks pretty nice......damn spares are heavy..when do they have th races?

That is just a get together with some friends going around Palomar Mtn. We aren't racing (the worst thing you can do around canyon roads). Very fun though.
