Paint falling after 1500 miles

Paint falling after 1500 miles
Hello,
I had my car (2005 c320)'s hood and front bumper replaced this January. Just after 1500 miles, I got numerous rock chips on those parts. See pics below.

I drove this car only on highways and city roads. This is happening only the parts I replaced, so I'm suspecting that this was due to a poor paint job.
I did research and learned that my car originally had CeramiClear coating from PPG, but the shop who repaired my car used paint from Standox.
Is Standox comparable paint/coating to CeramiClear? I'm a total novice to painting and coating world. I'd appreciate any pointers to know more details about these brands. Thanks!
