What is the Proper technique for touch up?
Crossing the Golden Gate bridge today someone hit a yellow rubber lane divider , Thankfully nobody flinched, as the yelow tube bounced off the cars the bridge was crowded and there could have been a terrible accident.
Now my front bumber is scratched some superficial but a couple deep scratches, what is the best way to repair the deep scratches?
