Need Help: 3pc wheels w/ chrome lip
Hey everyone, I have Maya wheels, and I took it to the dealer to get it waxed and detailed and the idiots cleaned the wheels with some kind of chemical that left white spots on the lip. Its only on the chrome lip part. It wont come out. I tried chrome polish, other cleaners but nothing works. Anyone know what I can do? Im so mad!!!

I've got several new detailing customers from people who came to me with a similar problem. This is especially common after getting a new set of wheels and using their typical cleaner. You may want to switch to a more pH balanced wheel cleaner in the future like the P21S Wheel Gel.
As for your stain this is something that you may be able to buff out with a stronger metal polish. For chemical stains from acidic wheel cleaners I use the P21S Finish Restorer. It takes some time to buff out the marks but it's worked for me on stained chrome lips before. There are no guarantees but this is my product of choice when I'm in this situation.
