I use the Pinnacle interior care. Depends on the vehicle. Often times I just use a damp microfiber towel then use a cheap quick detail spray on the wood trim, nav screen, and speedo.

I typically clean them with the 303 Cleaner and Spot Remover. It's highly effective and safe to use on plastics, vinyl and fabrics. I protect just about anything that is leather, vinyl, plastic, rubber, etc. with the the 303 Aerospace Protectant. A light coating adds a coating of UV protection that makes the surface look fresh and new without an oily or greasy feeling.
