Service B but which Repair site in the Bay Area, California is worth it?

I live in the East Bay, in California, and my car 2004 C240 needs a Service B, and I don't feel like going to the dealership and paying way more than I should since its out of warranty. Does anyone here have a recommendation on where I should go?

There is a brochure that says what Service B is. Here in Chicago I'm not sure what it is becuase I always go to Hoffman estates they charge $499 for service b, but really its a bunch of stupid sh*t you don't even need. I just go there and off the brochure I tell them what I want. Part of service B is new wipers which they charge $75 for. No offense but you have to be a dumbass to pay $75 for wipers. Autozone sells the same wipers for $15-$20 a piece. I usually just get the oil change and the new filters. I install the cabin filter myself cause they charge $30 for the installation but it really takes 2 min to do it yourself. If you want you could just go to the dealer and only tell them to do what you really do need done. I only did service B once and I paid $170 for it and that's because I did the oil change already which was $90 bucks.

I dono if it makes sense to you but I'm 18 and I know enough about cars to do the work myself and I don't have enough money to spend on stupid things that I could do myself in half the time.
