Those marks are on the surface not in the material. Colr is all the way through so they should come out. Try any good leather/vinyl cleaner or Saddle Soap also works very well and can be purchased where shoe products are sold. It is Tan in appearance but does not change the color of your material.

Removing a scuff like that isn't about the cleaner.
Take some plain old soap and water, and use something a bit aggressive to gently scrub it away. I use a small hard bristled brush meant for cleaning shoes. Otherwise try the scrub side of a sponge, just don't apply too much pressure.
This is something you can get away with on MB tex without damaging the finish. I wouldn't try that on the leather.

Try a magic eraser, it works wonders on MB-Tex.

You can try wiping it down with a damp cloth, but don't use too much pressure. Too much pressure can cause premature wearing of the material. Your best bet is to use a quality leather/leathertte cleaner and conditioner. My favorite combination is the Leatherique Prestine Clean and Rejuvenator Oil. It has deep cleaning power to remove stains and contaminants from leather. The conditioning power is also very strong to keep the soft and flexible. It is my hands down favorite combination to restore and maintain leather. If you have any other questions please let me know.
