Exterior Detail: 2006 Mercedes C230
It's been a few weeks since I did this, but I figured I'd post this up here, too! I tried my new Optimum products, and I'm pretty happy with the results. Though I didn't actually get much paint correction done with the PC because of the hard paint, but it is still nice and shiny!
Process:
Wash - Meg's Gold Class Car Wash
Wheels - DP's Gel Wheel Cleaner
Optimum Polish II on an Orange Light Cutting Pad (Lake Country)
Optimum Finish on a Black Finessing Pad (Lake Country)
ClearKote Carnauba Moose Wax on a Blue Finessing Pad (Wolfgang)
EagleOne 20/20 Glass Cleaner
Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel
I was going to use Opti-Seal instead of the CMW, but the Opti-Seal was back ordered. So I just put the Opti-Seal on top when it came in.
On to the pictures! The street in front of my favorite picture location is under construction so, of course, I got dirt all over my tire shine. :squint:
