Tire care

I have used armorall on my tires for years now, have heard some bad things about useing it. Is there another product out there that leaves your tires with that wet look like what the dealers use. Thanks

I use poorboy's world bold n bright. it gets that wet look but doesn't spit up the stuff on the fenders.

Armor All actually denatures the rubber over time since it contains formaldehyde. Try using this product. It's not super shiny like the dealer stuff with the initial applications. If you want it super shiny, just leave it on longer.

Nissan xterra
chemical guys xtreme wet is pretty darn shiny! I did two coats on a set of tires today with about 5 hours between applications and it dramatically helped out the looks! i pre-srcrubbed them with megs APC+ to clean, then applied coat 1. did a wash, clay, compound, polish, wax to the rest of the car and then applied coat 2! worked like a charm!

Two products I would try are the Poorboy's World Bold 'n Bright - 16 oz and the Blackfire Long Lasting Tire Gel with Polycharger - 16 oz. Both have a nice dark shine that lasts for quite a while. We have reviews of each product at those links if you'd like to read what other people experienced with those products.
