I've got 22 year old leather seats in the Benz that saw little attention before I got the car. It's taken several applications of the Leatherique products to make any headway. When I get to the Prestine Clean stage, I use a Swissvax leather brush to work the Prestine Clean into the surface to agitate things a little, then I use a damp terrycloth towel to wipe it down. I keep a small bucket of warm water handy to rinse and wring out the towel as I go. After this step I wipe the area down with a dry microfiber cloth.
Leatherique requires some level of committment, but in the end the results are worth it.
