The disc itself? Or the area around it?
I am honestly kind of confused. Obviously the surface of the disc doesn't need to be cleaned, it is thoroughly scoured every time that you apply the brakes.
Let me know specifically what you are trying to clean and we should be able to come up with a course of action for you.
