How to get rid of chips in the bumper?

How to get rid of chips in the bumper?
I have 3 quarter sized chips in my bumper, of a black car. The paint chipped off, and reveals the bumper's lighter undercoat.

Is there a way to fix just these chips, without having to repaint?
