IBIZ car care?
I was at Sebring last month and saw a demonstration of IBIZ products. During the presentation, a couple of different guys from race teams came by and shook the hand of the guy who was doing the presentation. He claimed most of the race teams used his stuff.
I bought his wax and dry car wash products and have used both on my R129 and the car wash on my W220. That stuff is amazing. It goes on and comes off wet, so it took less than an hour to do my R129 with both products. Bugs and tar came off with a microfiber or sponge applicator. The Brilliant Silver shone like new.
Here's the kicker. Yesterday my car was covered in pollen and oak tassels (it's that season here). Pollen is sticky, so I didn't expect too much of a rinse except to get rid of loose dust. The car came clean as a whistle, and the water sheeted off so completely the car was practically dry. Without more than clear water, my car looked like it had been hand washed.
This was one of the claims the guy made, so I was surprised since they are almost always exaggerations.
I'm not pushing the stuff, but I'm curious whether anyone else has experience with IBIZ products and what that experience has been. It's a little pricey, but it works. I felt guilty to get that shine with so little work.
Thanks for the comments.
