Hi everyone, this is my first detail write-up, I just recently got into detailing last June after seeing some Adam’s videos on youtube and have finally amassed a collection in order to do such a large detail. I haven’t yet picked up a porter cable or a flex, but my car is kept in well enough shape that it hasn’t bothered me too much yet. I’m a senior in high school and I drive a 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 with 53,000 miles or so. The detail took about 2 days, finishing with clay the first day. I haven’t had the chance to do a “shoot” yet, but once I do, pics will be uploaded.

I am suuuuper open to suggestions in products I need to get, techniques, etc. and would really appreciate it. Next on my list of things I need to buy is Einzett Cockpit, ONR, and I’d like to try something from Prima so I’m thinking Hydro.
Enjoy,
Tony

In a nutshell:

Exterior
- All exterior plastic was sprayed with Adam’s APC and scrubbed with a brush, then rinsed
- License plate and rear chrome removed in order to polish
- Wheels were sprayed with Brown Royal wheel cleaner and let soak, then rinsed off
- Wheels were then cleaned with Adam’s APC
- Tires were sprayed with Adam’s APC, scrubbed
- Wheel were sprayed with Adam’s APC, scrubbed
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs cleaned with Adam’s APC
- Car foamed with Adam’s APC
- Car washed
- Clayed
- Dried
- Specifically damaged areas treated with Adam’s spot pads on a drill.
- Whole car hand polished
- Car treated to coat of glaze
- Car waxed with Americana Premium Paste
- Wheel Wells were cleaned and dressed with Adam's Undercarriage Spray
- Tires dressed with Adam's VRT
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Engine Cleaned and Dressed

Interior I keep in pretty good shape and didn’t really need much work other than the regular maintenance.
