W203 Paint Code question
I am planning on getting a Dr. Colorchip kit to do some touch ups on my 2005 C230K. I bought it used and it was listed as black, but when you see it in the light, it is definitely not black, but a very deep blue metallic. I figured it was "Midnight Blue" (as you can see in my signature). When I entered the paint code for my color on the Dr. Colorchip website, it was called "Diamond Black Metallic".
Does anybody have a C230 with a paint code of 768? Do you know the name of the color? I really don't want to put black paint on my blue car, but on the other hand, I don't want to put the wrong color blue on my car either. I would feel a lot better if someone could positively identify my paint color (then I could fix my signature if needed
).
