Kaboom! your wheels
Hi, Billy Mays here...
...just kidding.
One of my big pet peeves are the little black dots of brake dust that end up baked onto the wheels, especailly on the 'rough' areas like behind the spokes. No matter how hard you scrub, they don't come off. Well, I just found something that dissolves them instantly-Kaboom! I'm sure it's not as harsh as many of the wheel cleaners & tar removers out there, and it just takes a tiny bit on a towel wiped over the dots to remove them. Best my wheels have looked since I picked up the car.
BTW-decided to try this after using Kaboom! on my charcoal grill-best grill cleaner I've ever used.

If you are worried about using harsh chemicals on your painted wheels, just treat them like you would the rest of your car and use a clay bar to remove impurities. Don't forget to wax them as well.
