Pump Sprayer for quick wheel cleaning?

I was wondering if something like this would be sufficient to just rinse my wheels (either rinse off brake dust or rinse off any wheel cleaner I may have applied). I've never really played with one of these so I'm not sure how strong of a stream this actually puts out. Any try it? It looks like it's more for spreading pesticides around a garden but I'm thinking it could work.. depending on the duration of time it can be used between pumps.

The garage is kind of shared and I only rent it so I wouldn't be able to easily run a hose in there or anything, but there is a drain so I'm not worried about the water staying around there.

In lieu of an actual water hose, this would be the next best thing. I think on most of those the nozzles are somewhat adjustable, so you could experiment with the spray pattern and pressure to see if it provides enough blasting power to at least rinse off wheel cleaner after you've brushed the wheels.
