HELP brand new car with swirls!!!

I got a brand new black E350 about two months ago, I have been extremely careful the 4 times I have washed it. I've used professional grade synthetic wool wash pad and high quality micro fiber towels along with Adam's detail spray all in order to avoid creating swirls. To my surprise, I just noticed that my two month old car has some swirls!!!

I know that I've been extremely careful but I also remember that the dealership washed and waxed the car when I took delivery and that might have caused the swirls.

What is the best way to remove the swirls from a two month old car?

Should I just wash, glaze and polish with carnauba wax?

Thank you

Unfortunately black is a hard color to maintain, but looks fantastic when its clean.
To get rid of swirls I would recommend getting some 3M glaze swirl mark remover.
For a nice shine and protection, use pre wax cleaner then move on to waxing it.

I believe the "synthetic wool" is your problem. Should be microfiber or natural wool for the wash mit.

I'm using a pad that is swirl free guaranteed!

I should call Adams to ask about that warranty...

BUy yourself a nice dual action polisher if you don't have one, some pads, some Menzerna PO85RD and you should be good to go!

none
Dealers generally use automatic car washes and those things will scratch up a paint job in one wash, in addition they use rubber squeegies to pull the water off the car before drying it with previously used towels.
The dealer can muck up a paint job quicker than anyone.

I think is good advice not to not use the synthetic wool. Natural wool will leave marks so it not unreasonable to suspect the synthetic version.
You should test new products on the inside of your trunk or doors where it won't be noticable.
Keep in mind that any type of friction on the surface can leave marks, dry friction is the worst.
Do not use an abrasive swirl remover.
Unless you are planning to go over the entire car I would not advise using a power buffer either.
You got a new car.
You should not have to restore the finish you should be preserving it.
You want to find the least aggressive method available to use on the swirl marks, that automatically eliminates using any kind of polish or synthetic pads and or towels.
Beware cleaners that may also contain an abrasive base.

If you want swirls to be removed, you will need to remove some clear-coat ( detailing 101 )
