Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax - It's Here!

Look on the label of any Blackfire car care product and you will see a striking red Ferrari 599 ready to pounce. Take your eyes off the Ferrari for a second and take a look at the name right above it. Much like the finely crafted Pininfarina designed shell that houses the mechanical bits that make the 599 so good, the name of every Blackfire car care product has a significance that can only be appreciated by those who experience it. While using Blackfire's newest car care product, Midnight Sun Spray Wax, won't mimic the experience of slamming through the gears in a striking red Ferrari 599, it will give you the satisfaction of turning heads and creating whiplash as you cruise the strip at your local car show.

Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax is fortified with the same blend of Brazilian carnauba wax found in Midnight Sun Carnauba Paste Wax, but in the convenience of an aerosol can. Carnauba wax in a spray can? You better believe it. Not only will Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax make you question the potential of aerosol based products, you might even find yourself looking at the can after using it for the first time and wondering why Autogeek only charged you $15.99 for this experience - er - car care product.

Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax is quick and easy to use: Simply spray on to a clean, dry surface, let it dry to a haze (5-10 minutes) and buff off using a quality microfiber towel.

Tip: Like other Blackfire car care products, Midnight Sun Spray Wax is designed to be applied thin. Unlike ketchup on a McDonalds cheeseburger, less is more with Blackfire car care products.

Once it dries to a haze, simply buff it off using a quality, microfiber towel. If you know anything about me, you are well aware that I'm a huge fan of the Gold Plush Jr. Microfiber Towel. This towel is perfect for spray waxes and spray detailers. Yes, I said the magic word; perfect.

The aerosol application of Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax makes it easy to apply even coats to smaller body panels. If a little over spray occurs on glass, chrome, or plastic trim, simply wipe it off.

You should know: Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax provides an anti-static finish. Surfaces treated with Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax will attract less dirt and dust when compared to traditional spray waxes.

I'm usually an advocate of showing off new waxes and paint sealants on black, red and blue cars. Why? Because darker colors make the deep, wet gloss more evident than lighter colors. But there are a few select products, Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax being one of them, that produce a level of depth and shine never thought possible on lighter colors, such as white and silver.

If you're looking for a quick, easy way to achieve a whiplash inducing shine, look no further than Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax. Like every other product in the Blackfire arsenal, Midnight Sun Spray Wax is easy to use and provides a level of shine and protection typically not expected from a product in its price range.

Curious as to what Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax does to black paint? Check it out!

It's important to apply Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax thin. Like other Blackfire car care products, less is more. If you apply too much, the wax will take longer to haze which means you have to wait longer to see the whiplash inducing shine created by Midnight Sun Spray Wax.

Optimum drying time is about 10 minutes at temperatures around 80 degrees. Once Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax dries to a haze, a quick buff with a plush microfiber towel removes the residue, revealing shiny, glossy paint.

Aerosol application enables you to be precise so you can avoid spraying it on unwanted surfaces.

Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax makes waxing your car quick and easy. The results, well, they speak for themselves.

That is an impressive shine. Nice reflections.
I like the ease of a spray shine also.
Saving time is more important than saving money. You can always make more money. I don't know where you can get more time from.
How different from other spray wax is this?
Is the fact that carnuaba is used in the formula the main difference?

1. Can you use that on black vinyl trim and rubber, or will it turn white?
2. Does it build up protection over time?
3. Does it ever have to be removed?
4. Can it be applied in cold weather?
5. Can it be applied in direct sun light or a on a hot day?
6. How long does the shine last before needing a reapplication?
7. Is it water resistant? will it survive a clear water wash?

The shine you put on that black car is a show stopper. Nice photography.

Great questions!

1. This product was primarily designed for painted surfaces. It will not restore or protect plastic, rubber or vinyl trim. If a little bit of over spray occurs however, it will not cause any harm to the trim and it will simply wipe off.

2. For maximum protection, I would recommend two coats. Anything more than that isn't beneficial.

3. Before you perform a complete detail, you should always remove your previously applied waxes and sealants with a non-abrasive polish, such as Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish. This leaves you with a clean, fresh slate to work with.

4. I wouldn't recommend applying it below temperatures of 60 degrees F.

5. You can apply it in direct sunlight, but you want to make sure the paint is cool to the touch. You should never apply any wax or sealant to paint that is hot to the touch.

6. When applied to paint that's in good condition, meaning you've clayed and polished it, 2 months of stand alone protection can be expected.

7. It provides a hydrophobic effect, meaning water beads up and rolls right off. This helps to prevent water spots and keeps the surface cleaner.
