Hi guys, when you have very small chips, don't apply any pressure on the tube, let the stainless tip do the work, that way you should be able to do extra small chips. Thanks

I just want to remind you of a few tips: Shake your pen thorougly for at least 1 min, then draw a long line on the test paper , before applying it to your car.

Hi, you can find a video on our website: www.genicolor.com, Always shake before using, draw a 2 inches line on the test paper, and then let the stainless tip do the work, don't apply any pressure, so you don't over fill. Thanks

Tip: I always recommend not to press the tube when you apply it, use the stainless tip to regulate the flow. This way you only apply the right amount of paint. Thanks

Tip: Shake thoroughly until you hear the mixing stainless ball for at least 1 min. The first time you use your touch-up pen, practice making lines, shapes or dots on the test paper. Thanks

Just wondering: Do you offer colors for BMW Individual. I've noticed on the selection, there is no option for SONDERLACKIERUNG (490) or Azurite Black Metallic.

Just wondering, do you have that color but it's not listed or is it not available. If not, I'd be happy to get the color for my Mercedes. It's free, after all
