One side of the towel has very short fibers, almost smooth. On the other side the towel has long fibers.
Is there a preference on which side to use for waxing or polishing?
Or taking off wax?
Or general cleaning?

I prefer short fibers, but in your case, use the long fiber side for wax removal, short for polish removal
