I don't know how Phil @ Detailer's Domain in NJ has so much time for such personalized customer service, especially while running a busy business, but its why I continue to shop online at his store.
I just purchased the POrter Cable / Adam's bundle kit (about $300 including g tax and shipping) and could not be happier in the speed I received my order, ease of use on his website and truely unbelievable customer support.
Customers can spend their money anywhere but Phil just makes the ordering and support process so simple.
