scratches on interior

scratches on interior
o.k., i did a stupid thing the other day. i was packing a whole bunch of laundry in the back of the car and the hatch shut with no problem but when I went to open it, the cover was stuck all the way up in the hatch. it came out of the rails that hold it in and was just stuck. i pulled it off the hatch but now I have pretty nice scratches from where the metal from the cover was on each side of the hatch. the scratches are black and i just want to know how to get them out and do you think it's gonna cost me alot when I turn my car in since its a lease?
