I was about to order about $600.00 worth of merchandise when at Check Out the "Cart" would not let me use the 20%. It said 20% off is only on select items. I like when advertising is forthright. If your discount is only on select items please state that upfront and not as an extremely disappointing surprise when I'm about to pay. After spending about 45 minutes on your web site I ended up wasting a lot of time. All this only for you to get a disappointed could-have-been customer to not buy.

Like I sais I was ordering about $600.00 worth of product one of which was about $340.00. My discount was coming up about $48.00 on the $600.00 so I started narrowing the products to find out why. I put in the cart the $340.00 item and their web site came back with the message that the discount was only on select items. My point is say that upfront in advertising the sale. I don't like shopping under false impressions of pricing.
