Paint Splash on hood and fenders
Hi I wonder if anyone can help me out.
While driving, a vehicle in front of me dropped paint cans on the road, and as result I got paint splash (droplets) on my hood and fenders.
I have a black 99 E320

Can anyone recommend the best solution to remoce this?

I Would Use a Clay bar to remove the drops of paint...
Also do a search on Autopia and showcar.com
The Clay Should Lift the Specs..Without to much work..Note
keep the surface wet when using the clay bar and fold the clay often! when using ..so it collects the paint
Most any brand of clay will work....Meguiars sells a good one as do others.. Did you get the plate info from the Vehicle?
Then Follow up with a Swirl mark remover..then wax

Thanks for the info,
I will try the clay and see where that leads me.
BTW, the paint drops are about a 1/4" diam. , some of them bigger, some of them smaller.
I could get the license of the truck. There was a lot of traffic around that time and I was too busy trying to avoid hitting the d@mn cans.

Clay bar will lift it all out. A few months ago some stupid painter was spray painting a neighbor's house and some of it flew onto my car on one side. Had a ton of little paint specks. Clay bar got them right out.
