PAINT COATING


Ceramic Pro is a multi-layerable, clear, liquid nano-ceramic coating.When cured, this technology will transform itself on the surface to a permanent, rigid, flexible glass shield.
Its transparent 3D matrix structure protects the surface from minor scratches, graffiti, dirt, aging, premature oxidation. It offers excellent thermal (2500 F), UV, oxidation, corrosion and chemical resistance. A surface that has been sealed with Ceramic Pro 9H stays clean for a longer period of time due to its smoothness and hydrophobic qualities.

Ceramic Pro is permanent coating and can only be removed if maintained correctly using machine polish hence we often sell it with a life time warranty. The unique formulation of Ceramic pro has enabled it to be multi-layered which means the thickness of the coating can be increased with additional layers allowing a thicker/harder film that will increase protection.
Ceramic Pro product range includes both water based and solvent based products with a 30% – 70% Silica (SIO2) content. The products have gone a number of standardized ASTM and ISO tests backing up the claims mentioned above.

Ceramic Pro was originally designed for the oil industry and space industry but expanded quickly into other industries such as automotive marine and aviation.

CharacteristicsTemperatureThe coating can be applied in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit. Once cured, the coating provides protection from extreme temperatures ranging from -50 to 2,200 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Oxidation & Corrosion ResistantCeramic Pro protects paint and metal from coming into contact with water and oxygen preventing oxidation and corrosion. The ASTM B117 Salt Spray Corrosion Test provides a controlled corrosive environment which has been utilized to produce relative corrosion resistance information for specimens of metals and coated metals exposed in a given test chamber. The chemical tests conducted by SGS and internally are: 5% salt spray for 350 hours with results of no visible damage, as well as 5% salt spray for 5000 hours with no visible damage (internal test).
Chemical ResistanceThe coating has 100% resistance against damaging contaminants and harsh chemicals. Once cured, the only way to remove the coating is through heavy abrasion. The chemicals tested and conducted by SGS include: JIS K5400 Alkali, Acids and Salt. This test method identifies how well the coating resists sodium carbonate, sulfuric acid and sodium chloride despite heavy exposure. Result: 5% Na2CO3 for 24 hours: No visible damage, 5% H2SO4 for 24 hours: No visible damage, and 5% NaCL for 96 hours: No visible damage.

It offers excellent scratch, thermal (1382 degrees), UV, oxidation, corrosion and chemical resistance.

Ceramic Pro Sport – Maintenance Coating was designed for Ceramic PRO 9H maintenance which is an easy to install solution. You can use ”SPORT” to maintain Ceramic PRO 9H to keep the super hydrophobic effect and also avoid the water spots. The install is easy. Sport can also be used as a stand-alone coating.

Ceramic Pro Textile reduces the surface energy of textile or suede. When liquids come into contact with the fabric, it forms beads and simply roll off whilst keeping the textile substrate dry.


Ceramic Pro Plastic and Rubber is suitable for both interior and exterior. Coated surfaces with Ceramic Pro Plastic and Rubber will give a hydrophobic effect with wear resistance. The product works for both new and old products.


Ceramic Pro Leather has a super hydrophobic effect. Liquids spilled bead up on surface and can easily be wiped away. The UV protection prevents the leather to age. It makes old leather look new.

Wheel & Caliper cleaning your rims will never be the same! The surface on the wheel or rim gets so smooth that Brake dust and other containments wont bond. Eventually dirt will stick but will come off extremely easy with the use of water and a towel.
