Arrow Detail testimonial

On 5-20-04 I took my car (white C320 sedan) to the dealership for a detail. This time I talked to my friend, Exec Detail on this forum, and asked if there was anything he could do since the last one done at the dealership was good but not great. He offered to do it himself instead of supervising it.

I got the car back that evening and was amazed. I mean not a swirl mark anywhere. He even managed to get out the cat scratches on the hood and roof. I talked to him about what, when, where and how since I had issues getting the scratches out using Maguire’s. I asked him about Zaino since so many on here recommend it.

At that time he told me that he used a polish product that he developed himself. He did show off this product to me by using only light hand rubbing with a micro fiber (I guess) towel. I don’t know what it is or what he did but this stuff works wonders (Of course, the good friend I am , I tried to get a freebie sample but I guess my bribes will have to get bigger ). At that time I had to admit that the car almost even looked as good as when I bought it with the only exception to this being the stone chips in the front of the car. He then discussed the results he got using it on a black car. Too bad there are no pics available but AlBoston can probably testify to the difficulty of black cars and swirl marks.

I know he convinced me; No requirement for a buffer and pads. And if he can bring it to market at a reasonable and competitive price I would buy.

Sounds like one hell of an innovation. With a simple micro fiber towel you can get those results. Do you think he might be interested in whipping up some of that so the members who would like to try it may purchase and try it?

yeah, i would be interested in that if all it takes is a micro fiber towel and his compound to get out swirls/scratches

The scratches I had weren't very deep. You could see them in the correct light but I myself couldn't feel them with a finger nail. HTH

Since he is not a sponsor I cannot endorse and/or assist here. As a Mod I cannot condone a TOU violation or be an active part of it. Please remember that all I offered was a testimonial. HTH

yep, you can't see my scratches unless the light hits it right. They are all surface scratches, can't feel them with a finger nail.

keep us posted on this awsome innovation
