black specs all over my car

i would post this in the detailing section but id figure id get a quicker response here...

my question is after i wash my car with car shampoo i usally find things like black dirt specs and bugs and other things STILL in the paint after going over the car with my microfiber mit..any suggestions on how to remove them? i dont want to scrub them off for fear of them becoming embedded in the paint. by the way my car is white and the specs really do show up.

~One man’s opinion / observations ~

If the ‘black specs’ are from imbedded brake dust use detailers clay(see sticky), if it is from road tar use a solvent cleaner

~Hope this helps~
