How long before washing the repaired fender

Someone backed into my new car and did not leave a note. Collision center replaced and repaired the damage. The dealer applied sealant after my purchase and I was told to wait three months before they reapply sealant to this repair. How long do I need to wait before washing, detailing and or waxing?

You can wash the car but do not apply any wax or sealant. Not sure why they applied sealant as the paint needs to breathe

thanks the car was built six months before I purchased it. No sealant to the repaired parts.
