I am expecting delivery of my 2019 e63 some time end of January, and would just like some recommendation on where to go in the NYC/Long Island area to get PPF/Clear Bra.

Congrats on the new car! You can find a list of certified 3M Paint Protection installers here: https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/post-fac...-an-installer/
You can also ask for information on the 3M 5-Year/$3500 Paint Protection service agreement. If anything chips the paint through the film (barring collision/body damage), 3M will cover the costs of repair/repainting up to $3500.
