I parket my c300 under a tree over the weekend

I parked my white c300 under the weird tree over the weekend.
Now it's all in some brown dots, if I rub it hard it goes away. But certainty, without right chemical spray I won't be able to get rid of all of them. Please help!

Looks like sap. Maybe try bug and tar remover. Try it on a small area of paint that isn't normally seen like the inside of the boot lid to make sure it won't bother the paint. If it doesn't bother the paint (it shouldn't try it on one of the spots and see if it removes it.
