Menzerna FP to remove wood console scratches
This MB console was pretty nasty, spilled coffee, general gunk, grime and scratches in the wood overlay.
After cleaning up the gunk I applied some Menzerna Final Polish to a MF applicator pad and polished out as much of the scracthes as I could. It took several applications as the area is small to work in.
After I was satisfied with the results I used Plexus on a MF towel to buff all the wood overlay out and plastic lenses.
If you have some scratches in your console you may want to try this product combo out.

There is a rather odd "purple" colored stain on the shifter handle. I have no idea what this was, other than some type of dye, but it would not remove.
Also, an air compressor is a handy tool to have when detailing interiors.

~One man’s opinion / observations ~
Thanks Anthony, great advice as always (I’ll have to try that combo, I’d been using Groit’s Fine Hand Polish)
~Hope this helps~
Experience unshared; is knowledge wasted…/ Jon
