Are these seats Leather? What do you use to clean and condition?

Are these seats Leather? What do you use to clean and condition?
I have an 07 220 CDI estate. Have been getting hell of a confused between whether it is real or fake leather, MB Tex etc.
From a VIN decoder I see:
Interior LEATHER - BLACK/ANTHRACITE (211A)
Does this mean it is really leather, or code for some other kind of leather esque material?
Is leather only on the seat, or the door panel and steering wheel too, or is this MB Tex? Is only the centre part of the seat leather, with the sides being MB Tex? So many conflicting views.
If leather, what do you use to clean and condition? I got some Gliptone which apparently should do the trick, although have to be careful on the perforated parts.

I don't have the knowledge of your model to know what exactly is all leather, but that code means you do have a leather, as opposed to all MB-Tex interior. Likely at least your seats, steering wheel, and door panel inserts are leather. Almost all MB leather interiors also use some MB-Tex.

I got a c300 2011. The drivers seat bottom only in the middle is leather all other seats are pleather. The steering wheel, gear shift are leather also. I can tell the difference easily just looking. The leather is softer. Hope that helps
