Where's the leather
Father just recieved E-320 CDI. I have purchased some leather conditioner and some Pinnacle vinyl conditioner. Here is my question. Not sure what is leather and what is vinyl. Is the whole top of the seat leather or is it just the part with the little pin holes. Is the skirt around the bottom of the seat leather or vinyl. Can't tell what to put the leather conditioner on. Just wondering what parts of this car are leather.

does your dad have the leather seating inserts, or the Premium leather interior?? If it's the leather inserts, the whole backseat area is MB-tex(vinyl), and the sections of the front seats that are perforated are leather. If he has premium leather, all of the leather that is visible on the seats is real leather...

Covered leather identifying characteristics- uniform colour and grain patterns; will not scratch easily; water drops will not change colour.

I beleive they all have the holes, if your dad has premium, there will be ruffled like leather on the doors above the armrest, if not it would be completly flat there with just some stitching type look.
