Applied sunscreen while wearing shorts and short sleeve, puts a lot of white marks on the leather inside the car. Some don’t wipe off, and some are missed, then they stay on forever. What do you do about it?

See what it was in SUnscreen...Sometimes they say on bottle what to do.
DO you have Leather or MBTEX?
for leather look at leather cleaners first - GRiots has good one...
For MBtex I would start with same leather type cleaner but you can also start to look at interior cleaners...
start with mild cleaners and work your way towards agressive.
