I purchased interior/exterior coverage from my MB dealer. Company with policy was ECP Inc. The minute a claim is filed the run around starts… weeks and weeks and nothing gets repaired. A total waste of money. They find excuses to not cover anything… and never contact subcontractor locally to do it… after stating they would. Contractor is Stanley steamer… and thats another story… call centers in Philippines… and know notjing about claim either. On and on… never again
