Good source for leather seats?

I've decided I'm going to replace both leather front seat bottoms in my '96 S420. They're both shot, sun damage I guess. The perforated panels are coming apart. I tried some Leatherique repair and am not happy with it.

Where is the best source for replacement leather? I'll be doing the labor myself. Thanks.

The only place that I know of that sells just the leather kist (without an install) is katzkin (www.katzkin.com). They typically charge under $700 for a complete interior and a little more if you want contrasting piping, 2 tone, perforated panels, suede, etc).

There's also Classic Soft Trim but I don't know if they sell just the kit with the install.
