I've always been looking for better ways to keep the paint finish on my 2001 S600 (Black) looking better than it did in the showroom.
Been using proper washing methods and then Meg. #7 hand Showcar glaze with Porter Cable random buffer with foam pad and then Malms carnabu wax by hand. I have used Klasse in the past.
Just tried new product, Blackfire, which produced the best results I have ever seen in 25 years of having tried just about everything.
I have no economic interest in suggesting http://properautocare.com/index.html
After having surfed all the detailing sites this is the best by far for exacting info and excellent products of all types.

Nice E430!
I used the polish and then the sealant, it's an easy two step process.
Remember the true shine (95%) of it comes from the polishing procedure. The sealant or wax is an enhancer to the base shine and of course a protectant layer.
In college I used to prep cars for auto Concours competitions. On one car I would spend three days polishing and two hours putting on a wax layer with distilled water final buffing.

Well, I just ordered the polish and wax. Funny though, everyone on this site says to apply polish and was in a single direction. The instructions on the web site for Blackfire says to use circular motions like most other waxes. What do you do?

Blackfire vs Zaino or Finish First
I've tried Zaino and Finish First and I lovew them both. Has anyone used Blackfire who can compare the results to Z or FF?
