I got some stain from orange soda last friday, I cannot get it out.

I have had excellent results on stains on a variety of home carpets with Resolve Carpet Cleaner. I told several friends about it and they think it is great. One removed a large wine stain from the carpet in his apartment. He liked it so much her wrote a letter to the company. I don't guarantee it will work, but it is the best thing I know of. It comes in a red spray bottle. You should be able to buy it at any discount store.

I also use resolve for stains in my house. It works pretty good. Home Depot sells some carpet cleaner made by Zep that works well too. It's in a can. I spilled some coffee in my wifes car, and the Zep cleaned it right out. I was able to get to it before it had a chance to dry and set though.

We have two dogs at home, so I'm always buying carpet cleaner/stain remover. Good luck.

You can also try Armor All Multi Purpose Auto Cleaner. It should come in a white bottle with blue accents. I've used this to remove stains that have set and dried such as Coke and oil. It should easily remove your dried orange soda.

I always use Shout stain remover....the laundry aid. That stuff has taken out some really tough stains for me. I usually spray it on, let it soak for a while, then use some soapy water and scrub. Usually the longer I let it sit without drying, the better the results. Repeat treatments may be needed to get the stain out....it depends on how long the stain has been sitting. When I bought my Trans Am I found an ungodly bright red stain under the passenger seat, looked a lot like red Kool-Aid. Who knows how long it had been there. I shouted it several times and it came out most of the way. The carpet is dark gray so it isn't noticable.

After the Shout, you can also use one of the commercial carpet cleaners too.
