Anybody use bio in the CDI?
I've been using 10%bio sold at irving in my diesel excursion and i can tell when i'm running it and when i'm not. My truck runs very well with very little shaking with bio. It also is .10 cheaper than the normal stuff.
On my 300sd those engines are more buletproof. But has anybody run any of the bio fuels in CDI's and had any problems?

I have seriously considered it, but I’m chicken. I was hoping to read of a positive experience in relatively cold weather prior to taking the plunge, but I haven’t found any yet. I did call Mercedes last year and was told that it would void my engine warranty. That didn’t exactly inspire me to run out and fill my tank with biodiesel.

It depends how it's made for cold weather. We are running it -30 but it's only cut 5%. My friend who is making it is working hard at getting the cold weather running just right. He's got all summer to perfect it. Although we are talking about -10 to -15f.
I was just amazed at how much smoother my big 7.3 in my ford ran at.
