Newbie chassis questions
As I know very little about Mercedes-Benz's can some one point me to a source
of info on the different chassis ie w123 w124 and w126 it would be much appreciated.

There seems to be problems with the 6 cylinder diesels in the S Class diesel models after the W126 (I forgot the series number).
Generally it is best to buy the most expensive and best condition one you can afford. Neglected MB cars are expensive to repair.
