Looking at a W123 300CD-T... problem areas?
Hello all, I've been kicking around buying an old (84) diesel from a friend of mine for some time, and the timing is coming together nicely it would seem.
the car is VERY clean, has ~300K on it, and has had a good bit of maintenance.
however, I don't know a lot about these cars (sorry, historically an old-BMW guy). what are the problem areas and issues that one should expect with a car like this?
