ML320 CDI
2007 ML320 CDI crankshaft position sensor location

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to change a CPS on a 2007 ML320 CDI ? I may be able to get it done at the dealer for free under the recall but sometimes no good deed ever goes unpunished. the part is $40. The EPC site shows a picture but its hard to tell where it goes or how hard it is to get at. The truck doesent like to start when hot and fires right up after 30 min. cool down.

Thanks,
Scott

ML320 CDI
never mind. I figured it out. its underneath the LH exhaust manifold. Guess why it fails when hot..... $40 and 2 screws and one plug. not bad for a Mercedes.
